Should have 2-4 years of experience and successful track record in developing enterprise solutions.
Excellent problem solving/organizational skills.
Should have sound knowledge ASP.NET, .NET 2.0/3.5, OOPS, Database
Strong self motivation with an ability to work on projects of any size with minimal supervision.
