Desired Candidate Profile
B.Tech/B.E./Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) with sound experience as a Web Developer on LAMP Platform.
Programming experience is a must.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in some of the following: LAMP, jQuery, Speech Recognition, Artificial intelligence, making apps for social networks like facebook, orkut, AT/modem commands for SMS operations, mobile app, creating API’s, etc
• Should have the makings of an ace developer - impressive problem solving & analytical skills, sharp reasoning and a logical bent. You are passionate about programming and delivering, clean, test-covered, well-designed, scalable code • Self starter, able to work independently. • Able to handle multiple tasks. • Capable of executing well even in tight schedule. • Good Knowledge of Open source Technologies • Should have a good grasp on programming fundamentals including OOPs, Design Patterns, algorithms, data structures, networking etc • Exposure to Zend Framework or any similar PHP Framework. • Should possess a passion for technology

Job Description
• Developing and programming interactive applications and websites. • Participate in design and code reviews. • Customize & develop modules. • Integrate Shipping and Payment Gateways. • Design database and coordinate the UI design.
Plugin some modules to v1 for which requirement will be given. Some of them are:
• Simple and standard web development features for improving user experience
• Integration with Orkut & Facebook & Linkedin to get its users using available API’s
• To integrate with chat API’s (Gtalk, Yahoo messenger, etc) to update our system
• Use mail API to read incoming mails and automatically update user data in our system
• Maintain the code for any issues found after deployment
• Document the existing and new code wherever required
• Look into aspects of performance, scalability, etc (non-functional aspect) improvements
• Create API’s for other web developers to use and make simple apps
• Probably make a mobile version of the site
• Make a mobile app for a set of similar mobiles
