customer by providing timely and appropriate resolution.
• Tracks all defects and fixes bugs within defined SLAs by
consolidating, prioritizing, analyzing defects/bugs and making the
necessary code changes
Personal Development
• Monitors gaps in one’s own required competencies & enrols for
relevant learning to bridge gaps in competencies.
• Creates a development plan vis-à-vis ones aspirational role in
discussion with the manager

Job Description
Role: Sr. Developer
Technologies: PL/SQL, Oracle DB Administration.
Experience: 3 – 4 years
Role Purpose: Participates in all stages of the SDLC and is
responsible for all assigned deliverables. Responsible for component
level requirements, analysis, design, code and test using different
techniques, concepts and methods. Modifies complex systems or
develops new subsystems.

• Produces codes from relevant information (information may come
from LLD in a development project or as per the requirements in a
maintenance project)
