Skill Set
Primary
• Well versed with testing/QA concepts.
• Sound knowledge and advanced experience of manual testing is a must.
• Well versed with writing & managing test documents (e.g. Test Plan, RTM, Test Cases).
• Basic Knowledge in white box testing is required.
• Basic knowledge of RDBMS and writing SQL queries is needed.
• Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting is required.
• Should be able to create ideal test environment and deploy/install multiple Software’s.
• Real time experience with Bug Life Cycles and Bug Tracking & Test Management Tools.
• Experience in testing the Web & PC applications with real time integration testing.
• Experience in Web Testing with different web browsers and Cross OS Platforms.
• Well versed with Test Execution, Exception Reporting and Exception Analysis.
• Should be able perform validation of Systems, Software Applications and/or Hardware Compo-nents.
• Review of Configuration and Change Requests of software and systems and determine re-validation or validation review requirements.
• Experience in RDBMS like Oracle or SQL Server with clear concepts in writing SQL queries.
• Experience in Test Planning and Test Strategy with proven records is key essential.
Additional
• Designing, Authoring and executing Automation and/or Performance testing scripts.
• Hands-on Automation experience in an industry standard tool (QTP) will be preferred. (Mini-mum 2 projects or 2 years).
• Real Time Experience in Load/Performance testing of web applications (Minimum 2 projects or 2 years).
• Should have experience of testing Embedded Devices such as Hand-held Devices, microcontroller based applications, etc.
• Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 13485:2003 or similar standards will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with FDA requirements for computerized systems including 21 CFR Part 11 will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Domain & Standards like HIPPA, HL7, DICOM etc.
• Knowledge of the EMR, PACS, RIS, HIS systems in Healthcare.
Soft Skills
• Must possess excellent technical writing, documentation and communication skills.
• Interacts internally/externally on a daily basis to achieve department/work unit goals and initiatives.
• Able to handle multiple telephonic calls/conferences
