Mandatory Skills:
• 6-8 years of experience in architecture / development / design / implementation of J2EE based systems
• Expert level knowledge of Java, J2EE – EJB, JSP, JSF, Servlets, JDBC, JUNit, XML and other related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Java, design patterns, and modern frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
• Experience working with Web services, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Experience with a variety of relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, strong SQL skills preferred, PL/SQL
• Experience working with open source applications servers (JBoss 5.1) and commercial application servers (Weblogic, Websphere)
• Experience working with test-driven development and frameworks such as JUnit
Additional Skills:
• Experience with SalesForce.com is desirable
• Strong knowledge of modern web toolkits such as DOJO, Spring Web Flow and Rich Faces
• Strong Unix and Linux skill recommended
• Experience with project estimation, Agile software development a plus
• Experience with .NET a plus
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science or appropriate technical experience.
