•3+ years of professional job experience in of J2EE, Java programming, client server application development, and web technologies like Ajax, Javascript, GWT, jQuery, Prototype.
•Experience in Mobile platforms like Android, Blackberry, J2ME.
•For candidates having mobile development experience, knowledge of web programming is not necessarily needed.
•Experience with JSP, EJB and servlet programming and a working knowledge of swings based architecture.
•Messaging system experience with JMS, MQ Series.
•Exp. with JDBC, UML, LDAP, JNDI, ANT.
•Object-Oriented Design concepts, SOA frameworks and SOAP.
•Server side business logic as well as implementation of user interface features.
•Knowledge of any one of the popularly used DBMS is must (database design).
•Working knowledge of any one application server like weblogic, websphere or tomcat is a must.
•Knowledge in XML, XHTML and other relevant interactive languages.
•Knowledge of Adobe Flex will be an added advantage.
•Experience with Struts, Spring, Hibernate framework will be preferred.
•Experience in Health Care domain will be an added advantage.
•BE/B-Tech/MCA/MCS degree.
