Job Description
- Web application development using Ruby, Javascript &
HTML/CSS
- Design, architect, implement new features and optimize
existing ones from controller-level to UI
- Build applications/widgets for external networks like
Facebook (FBML), LinkedIn (OpenSocial), iPhone, iPad,
Android etc
- Adherence to agile development methods like TDD, BDD,
peer code reviews, pair programming, continuous
deployment & integration
- Requires working closely with product managers,
interaction designers, and back-end engineers
- Rapidly fix bugs, iterate on design everyday (we have
daily deployments on production)
- Solve scalability problems, keep the application
running REALLY fast
- Pro-actively look for ways to make SlideShare better
