In-depth knowledge of Application Development using OpenSource tools (PHP, AJAX, HTML) and Oracle
• Evaluate new technology developments in the OpenSource area and collaborate with Enterprise Architects to make recommendations for usage.
• Develop and implement of proof-of-concept's, prototype and pilot applications to showcase emerging technologies and support decision-making in IT projects. Capacity allowing coding should be done by the candidate him/herself.
• Provide technical and business knowledge to ensure efficient design, programming and implementation.
• Develop reports and presentations on new technology for all levels of management and technical staff.

JOB PURPOSE
· Provides technical expertise and consulting in aspects of ApplicationDevelopment leveraging OpenSource tools in the area of the pharmaceutical development process.
