Desired Candidate Profile
Strong experience with the following technologies: C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, XML, XSLT, SQL, , IIS, Active Directory, Windows Server 2000 or 2003, Web Services, Ajax, Web Services, Remotting, & Windows Communication Foundation, WPF and AJAX and Windows Workflow Foundation.
Prior experience in building web and large scale, highly available, distributed integration systems leveraging .Net technologies
Proven track record of web application development leveraging various .Net technologies including but not limited to ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, IIS, SQL Server, integration platforms, service oriented architecture, communication frameworks etc.
Strong familiarity with design/integration patterns and development best practices, including agile methodologies
Certification (MCSD/MCAD) as well as contribution to journals, user groups etc are desirable
Previous experience in web portal integration work that includes: Web Presentation; Single-Sign on; Authorization; Content Management; User Provisioning and 3rd party integration, Search Engine Optimization. CMS frameworks, Ecommerce Frameworks.
Job Description
Will take full technical responsibility of a system/platform by ensuring end-to-end ownership of l technical aspects of delivery, implementation code reviews, conducting system specifications and ensuring all coding best practice is adhered to.
Will also be responsible to proactively improving the system scalability, robustness, performance and flexibility of the systems on which he or she is assigned to.
Will ensure that delivered software is maintainable and supportable and is coded with attention to robustness, performance, stability , scalability and testability of the system
Contribute effectively to projects by preparing and getting agreement on design and architecture, leading code reviews and hands on software development
Responsible for analyzing various quality dimensions including performance, reliability, resilience and design and suggest improvements to meet expected standards.
Identifies and works effectively with key stakeholders on complex cross-functional team or work group projects or problems
