• 3-4 years of programming experience building User interfaces, Widget Libraries using HTML/CSS.
• Technically strong in HTML/CSS/Javascript.
• Strong YUI (Yahoo User Interface Library) programming skills.
• Strong object oriented design experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of N-Tiered architectures for Internet-based applications.
a) passionate about building User Interfaces / Widget libraries using HTML/CSS/Javascript/Ajax
b) able to collaborate with UI designers, backend engineers
c) able to build speedy, robust cross browser / cross platform User Interfaces

The Front-end Developer is a strong Developer. Given a set of requirements, and within the guidelines provided by a software team leader, the person in this position is responsible for reviewing the requirements, designing, estimating, implementing, testing and deploying software components.
