a. Flash Action Scripting (Intermediate/Advance)
b. XML (Intermediate/Advance)
c. HTML (Intermediate)
2. experience in programming GUIs and course integration
3. experience in programming for various standards like SCORM, AICC, 508 etc
4. experience in integration and testing with different LMS
5. Have good English communication skills
