-Must have 3 years or more of ASP.NET and C# programming experience
-Prior work experience on e-commerce site is required.

-Experience developing on all layers including presentation layer (web forms with ASP.NET/VB.NET / C#), middle-tier/business logic layer programming.
- Good knowledge of web services and messaging.
-Knowledge of cross-browser, cross-platform, and design constraints is required.
-Expert knowledge and experience with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS
-Experience with XML technologies
-Drive design for new solutions of complex problems. This includes troubleshooting, profiling, code re-factoring, and optimization for load and performance
-Ability to demonstrate previous work experience via URLs
-Strong attention to detail & Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
