• Ability to create custom frameworks, components, reusable objects
• Understanding of client-side programming and other programming languages
• Must be a team player, posses a good attitude and be self-disciplined, enjoys challenges, self-learning abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•Programming GUIs using MVC pattern and other advance programming approaches
•Developing reusable custom components and learning templates
•Developing assessment interfaces, interactive learning exercises and games, knowledge checks
•Course integration with applications developed in .Net/php and other platforms
•Making courses compliant to eLearning standards such as SCORM 1.2/2004 (Sequencing and Navigation), AICC, 508, LRN
•Integration and deployment of courseware, assessments on different Industry standard LMS, Open Source LMS, and Enterprise LMS.
•Creating eLearning Applications
