Job Description
•Ability to frame the specifications based on high level understanding of problem statement and develop / unit test the code
•Hands-on knowledge of Java, Servlets, J2EE and JDBC are mandatory along with excellent skills in Spring, Ajax, Hibernate and / or Tapestry.
•Good knowledge of XML, UML
•Good understanding of RDBMS: Oracle / MySQL Server
•Ability to understand the software specifications and develop the code
•Documentation of code changes and packaging the code using Maven / ANT is required
•Familiarity with source code configuration tools like Subversion (SVN) or CVS
•Preferred skills: Struts, JQuery
•Person should be a self-starter with ability of working in tight schedule and an agile development lifecycle.
•Conversant with project lifecycle models
