Job Description:-
Must have 3+ year of embedded S/W product development experience using C++ languages.
Must have 1+ year of experience with Object Oriented Analysis/Design.
Must have 1+ year of experience with Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS), preferably WinCE, vxWorks or Linux.
Self starter, able to work well without close direction, both in the office and in the field.
Excellent communication skills - must interface successfully with engineers and personnel of other disciplines.

Experience with software development process.

Job Description:-
Skills Required :
1. 2-5 years of experience in software development lifecycle.
2. Working Experience on 8, 16 and 32 bit microcontrollers.
3. Working experience on CAN protocols (J1939 Preferred), RTOS concepts.
4. Working experience on low level device drivers (SPI, I2C, CAN, ADC, EEPROM etc)
5. Software development experience using Assembly, C.
6. Knowledge of Development tools like Compiler and Debugger.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Develop software as per the software development process.
2. Identify, recommend and implement process improvements and solutions to enhance the software reuse and speedy resolution of issues.
3. Co-ordinate and work with John Deere engineers to understand the system.
4. Develop and Execute Unit, Functional and System test plans. Identify and communicate Risks.
5. Work closely with other engineers to identify root cause, and best solutions for software defects.
6. Communicates status and progress of software activities to management.
