Technical skills
• Minimum 1-2 years of ‘hands on’ on LiveSite (Very important).
• Minimum 3 – 4 years of ‘hands on’ on Teamsite ver 6.x or above.
• B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA / MCM or equivalent
• Knowledge of essential Software Engineering principles
• Proven skills with Teamsite ver 6.x and above
• Knowledge of XML, HTML, Javascript
• Exposure to Perl and Unix
• Basic Operating Systems knowledge and associated commands (Unix, Solaris, Windows)
• Basic skills in MS Tools - MS-Word, MS-Excel, Internet Explorer

• Ability to apply new skills / additional information acquired in relation to role

Job Description
The successful candidate will be expected to be a part of the Teamsite technical development and support teams.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
• Updating LiveSite components
• Creating new LiveSite components
• Updating Open Deploy and Datadeploy scripts
• Updating Teamsite templates
• Creating new Teamsite templates
• Monitoring tickets on daily basis and resolving them in agreed timeframe
• Interact with Business stakeholders on issues faced by them.
• Deliver tasks to an agreed schedule and quality
• For tickets, ensure that issues are analysed and resolved according to maintenance process and tandards, and update the ticket tracking system (PACE) at defined intervals
• Ensure that application documentation is as per defined standards
• Suggest improvements in system development process / application areas
