1. Drupal expert
a. Theme implementation
b. Well versed with module customization
c. Integrating or reusing available modules.
2. Well-versed with OOPS concept.
3. Magento (customization and extensibility)
4. PHP5
5. Should have good RDBMS concepts.
6. Understanding of MVC (Multi Tier Architecture/framework)
7. Highly motivated
8. Exposure to LAMP framework is a plus (Linux, Apache, MYSQL5, PHP5).
9. Good communication skills
