Ideal Candidate should have 5+ years As a H2H Senior webMethods Developer. Candidates will participate on project teams, doing application analysis, development and modification and provide design recommendations for developing and integrating programs per written specifications. Candidates will be responsible for delivering webmethods programming solutions to meet client specific requirements related to H2H platform
Responsibilities:
• The individual should be proficient in application development skills for more than one technology as well as proficient in multiple design techniques and in multiple business disciplines / functions.
• This role involves co-ordination with the Vendor teams, Quality Assurance and various Technology infrastructure teams.
• The position will be responsible for building solutions using webMethods technology.
• Designs, analyzes, develops, codes, tests, debugs and documents programming to satisfy business requirements.
• It includes promoting code to higher environments which involves creation of deployment template, verification of the deployed code and post deployment configuration .
• The H2H senior application developer will create detail design specifications based on the business and functional requirements, validate estimates, build the most complex solutions, assign work to more junior developers, assist with junior developers questions / issues and provide coaching and technical knowledge, perform code and unit test reviews, fix bugs and support all testing cycles.
• The position requires strong webMethods technical skills
Required Skills:
• WebMethods 7 suite (Developer, Integration Server, Broker, Trading Networks is essential. MWS,OFI, OFP, CAF and BPM are highly desirable)

• Oracle 10G RAC (11G is desirable)
