•Capable of installing/upgrading CICS and related products on mainframe.
•Capable of upgrading to new CICS transaction servers
•Install/Support commonly used products like Abendaid/CICS, XPEDIT OR/CICS, interest/CICS,etc.
•Maintain,reliabilty,availability of CICS system software.
•Good knowldge in usage of transactions like CEMT,CEDA,etc
•Perform troubleshooting and provide 24*7 oncall support to the clients supported.
