Desired Candidate Profile
• Must have at least 1+ years experience designing and programming Flash-based multimedia.
• Must have ActionScript 2 or later expertise.
• Knowledge of encoding audio and video within Flash.
• Ability to translate designs accurately from various applications into Flash.
• Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Expertise in pulling data from XML files and databases.
• Knowledge of work in bulletproof, flexible, and cross-platform.
• Should know how to integrate with 3rd party with AS3 plug-ins.
• Adobe Captivate, Flex/AIR experience is a definite plus.
• Should be organized, down to earth, and good communication skills.
