* Must have experience in Photoshop/Dreamweaver for cropping designs/PSDs into HTML/CSS pages
* Strong CSS skills. Should have experience in building W3C compliant XHTML pages with table-less (DIV based) architecture
* Fine tuning the pages for browser compatibility (with browsers like IE6/7/8, Mozilla Firefox 2x/3x, Chrome and Safari)
* Building HTML wireframe/prototype
* Good knowledge of the latest trends in Web Technology like Web 2.0
