Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification:
B.E. with Computer Engineering, Information Technology & Computer Science / MCA with Science background or BCA.
Any professional certifications in Software Development Technologies or Processes, like Sun Java Developer certificates, Microsoft certificates etc. would be an added advantage.
** Experienced developers with extensive hands-on coding and process experience in developing products or international projects in Java and related technologies.
**Should have high comfort in SQL programming, SOAP, front end technologies and product line development processes apart from Java technologies.
** Experience with necessary support technologies and tools for release and configuration management would be added advantage.
Desired Candidate’s Profile:
• Mature and Self Driven Individual with experience in developing Business Application in a Software Product engineering company of medium to large size.
• Hand on exposure to development and quality management processes.
• Proven track record of delivering projects / products within scheduled timelines and quality levels
• Willingness to work extensively on coding
• Experience in implementation designing based on requirements and architectural overview
• Exposure to ITSM / ITIL processes desired
Job Description
** Selected developers would be involved in the core development of our product framework as well as applications there upon.
** Our product is deployed in Software-as-a-Service mode with highly scalable and performance oriented multi-tenant architecture and distributed deployment options.
** Product provides Enterprise Service Desk functionality and is used by Fortune 1000 companies worldwide. It provides ITSM based applications and best practices for managing IT infrastructure as well as IT Support Staff activities.
** Developers would be responsible for end-to-end deliveries of the modules involving framework changes and applications in Software-as-a-Services mode.
** The person shall also be responsible for internal tooling and process automation for support and sustaining the software development and testing processes.
** The person should be competent in understanding requirements and translating it to implementation design using standard development life cycle process within the scope of the product’s technology architecture.
** He/she will also be required to gain and develop expertise on the product’s functional domain.
