• Must have strong knowhow in OOAD, OOP, SQL Server & .Net Framework
• Experienced with entire architecture, e.g: Visual Studio 2005 / 08, MS SQL Server 2000/05/08, VSS/TFS & IIS.
• Experience of working through full software project life cycles and documentation
• Desired experience in WCF, ASP.Net MVC, WPF, AJAX, XSLT, Distributed Application & Design Patterns.
• Adept at implementing IT best practices & adhering to methodology.
• Must have strong problem solving skill with excellent written & oral communication.
• Adapting & quick learning of skill sets for various upgrades to the base technologies & exploring those for meeting business requirements.
