Duties and tasks:
Build, Maintain and Support new and existing applications in distributed agile environment
• Excellent programmer who loves to code and loves to keep up to date on his skills
• Contribute in ANY phase of software development lifecycle (without complaints) in the true spirit of Agile Development.
• When needed be able to do complex technical R&D
• When needed build, test, maintain and support Common (re-usable) components.
• Collaborate, collaborate and collaborate
• Be prepared for “change”
Technologies and methodologies:
• Core knowledge dotnet 3.0/3.5/4.0
• Strong & extensive exposure to VC++ Programming and application development, MFC(Mandatory)
• Able to apply Design patterns.
• Exposure to WCF
• SOA architecture – knowledge
• VSTS tool usage for agile development – added advantage
• Test-driven development - simple design, refactoring, pair-programming, collective code ownership and continuous integration (Mandatory)
• Experience or knowledge of agile development techniques would be highly desirable(added advantage)

Education and experience:
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in MFC & C++ development using of a total of 4-5 year experience.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in web application development using dotnet out of a total of 4-5 year experience.
• The Web application development experience has to be in recent projects.
• Prefer engineering education if possible Masters Degree.
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience of working in Agile teams
