The candidate should be Master in Computer Science/MCA/B.E./B.Tech with minimum 3-5 years experience in medium to large-scale Software Development Environment. He should have independently managed large projects and should have worked on online distributed systems. Experience in user requirement gathering, business analysis and entire SDLC will be definite advantage.
Hands-on programming experience in Java. J2EE along with Oracle 9i/10g as database server. Sound knowledge of object-oriented design and development methodology.
