DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing day-to-day production application support for MES .net technology based application Camstar.
• Help test and provide training to the users
• Help define I.T. procedures and controls
• MySQL development
• Manages and administers desktop, Network systems & Server Systems.
• Install & Troubleshoot Network/System Connectivity Issues.
• Coordinates the installation of equipment and software necessary to meet remote User's desktop requirements in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
• Very Good communication Skills.
• Liason between Solaria IT and CM I.T. team
• Maintains and manages a working relationship with contract manufacturers.
• Creates and maintains accurate and up to date procedures and technical documentation.
• Communicates issues to team leads, regional, or global management.
