.Net Programmers with 5-9 years experience required for encora Inc. in Hyderabad and Secunderabad locations.

Candidate Profile
At least 5+ years of IT experience out of which 4 years in .Net development using
ASP.Net/C#/JavaScript.
*. Good experience in WCF
*. Hands on using Microsoft source control tools like VSS and TFS.
*. Excellent database design skills in SQL 2005/2000 (Both RDBMS and T-SQL)
*. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and email communication.
*. Strong .NET experience using .Net framework 2.0/3.5 and VS 2005/2008 IDE
Nice to Have (Desired Skills)
*. Fair knowledge about Design patterns
*. Good understanding of Remoting, Web services
*. Good OOPS Design and AJAX skills
*. At least 1 years of experience in developing Rich UI development Using Microsoft Silverlight.
*. Fair experience in generating reports using SSRS
*. Exposure to open source framework related to .Net like CSLA, nHibernate, Log4Net etc.
*. Exposure to Web Service development
*. Exposure to any standard SDLC and Agile process
