Skills, knowledge & experience:
• Minimum of a Graduate degree in Science/Engineering/Computer Applications
• Good English communication skills both - spoken & written
• 3-5 years of hands on experience in the implementation and management of projects
• Lotus Notes Development - Certification
• Technical Skills
• Lotus Notes 7.0 powered with Domino server.
• Knowledge of OOP and OOAD design concepts
• Good knowledge in LotusScript and Formula language
• Knowledge on web technologies would be an advantage
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi task by organizing and prioritizing work
• Attentive to details and the ability to grasp information quickly

Job Title: Lotus Notes Developer
Shift Timings: 1 pm to 10 pm IST
To be part of a multi disciplinary team, designing Lotus Notes solutions to improve
business efficiency and productivity across different departments within the
organisation. The team will consist of individuals entrusted with the task of
examining existing models and data flows, design/propose and develop appropriate
solutions, and work closely with the project stakeholders to implement the solution.
Key Tasks:
• Liaise extensively with project stakeholders; analyze existing systems and
strategize on system efficiencies
• Translate business requirements into specified project briefs
• Research business requirements and propose technically feasible solutions
• Produce project feasibility reports and proposals to stakeholders
• Ensure that solutions are tested thoroughly by facilitating UAT, test cases,
schedules and coordinating with end-users
• Ensure delivery guidelines are adhered to and deadlines are met consistently
• Develop and Maintain existing team bases, workflows and project databases
• Develop and maintain migration tools for the Lotus Notes Projects / developments
• Document system and end-user manuals
• Provide end-user training on implemented solutions
• Ensure all sign-offs are documented and appropriately archived
• Adhere to Company’s system methodology and procedures
• Maintain personal knowledge and skills in Lotus Notes software at the highest and
most up-to-date level
