CLUSTER MANAGERJOB DESCRIPTION :-
Directives and Relationship Management
•
Participate and Contribute to the development and implementation of the organisation's sales plans and strategies.
•
Develop and Deliver a cluster level business plan.
•
Assist to drive and influence the acceptance of the organisation's directions by the ground.
•
Build and Enhance strategic relationships with internal and external business partners, external product providers, branch managers and relationship managers.
Sales and Service Excellence
•
Build and Lead the teams towards excellent sales performance.
•
Deliver performace across all areas of the Balanced Scorecard, especially in the areas of sales effectiveness and branch profitability efficiencies.
•
Develop and Drive high level of service excellence standards at all branches under care.
•
Optimise the customer experience through the establishment and maintenance of customer focused teams.
•
Support Head – Sales and Distribution in achieving the business targets.
Operations, Regulations and Compliance
•
Review and Propose where feasible, improvements to processes and systems to develop a more streamlined and effective cluster of branches.
•
Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory and compliance laws and guidelines.
•
Drive a balanced effective team on both operations and sales efficiencies.
People Development
•
Facilitate individuals' personal and career development.
•
Consistently maintain a up-to-market-level competent and relevant sales team.
REQUIREMENTS :
Prior experience in Front line banking industry
1) Qualification Diploma and/or Degree
2) Experience

ii. Specific type
Minimum 6 - 8 years banking and management experience
Banking Sales and Operations related experience.
3) Knowledge : Banking and Basic I&I Products
4) Competency/Skills : Computering Programs. Effective Interpersonal Skills
5) Other Attributes : Proactive, Independent, Result-Oriented, Energetic, Sociable and Creative
