Business Continuity
The company's project review group periodically reviews issues, risks and their parameters (like ‘likelihood’ and ‘impact’) and assigns risk mitigating actions where appropriate. Data backup from the server and PCs is taken everyday. The daily backup is stored for 15 days. Weekly backup of the servers is stored for 6 months. The configuration management systems data (includes code and project work products, customer deliverables) is mirrored at the customer site. Backup of this data is also maintained for 6 months. These backup tapes are kept outside the project location.
