BAeHAL Software Ltd. is a joint venture between Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., India, and BAe Systems, UK. It provides high technology software services for the aerospace, aviation, railways and defence applications. It specializes in areas like real time embedded software development, database management, content creation, enterprise management solutions and engineering services. It offers full software development life-cycle (SDLC), testing and maintenance services for a number of clients in the UK, Europe, Germany, the US and South East Asia. The company offers flexible, high quality, cost-competitive, on-time services to its customers, with its business model including both on-site and offshore services. BaeHAL promotes onsite project co-ordination, software development and testing activities, assuring maximum returns on investment. The company's software solutions group is actively engaged in developing simulators, development and testing of real-time embedded avionics software for safety and mission critical systems, such as flight control systems, flight warning systems, transmission systems, weapons systems, fuel management systems, etc. This group also undertakes independent verification, testing and validation of software developed by third parties. The content management group offers products and services in the areas of technical publications, multimedia, development and maintenance of IPC’s, IETM's and CBT's.
