Its voice services include inbound and outbound support while its data services include e-mail and chat based customer service support. SerWizSol by virtue of its association with some of the biggest telecommunications service providers in India, works on multitude service lines in the telecom vertical. These include prospect calling, lead generation, tele sales, after sales service, receivables management (collections), customer retention, product help desk, inbound billing enquiries, inbound technical enquiries, remote technology support, customer query resolution, and dealer help desk. SerWizSol currently has contact centers based in Pune, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Kolkota and Coimbatore. SerWizSol offers contact center support for companies in the telecommunications sector, interested in outsourcing and off-shoring their processes. SerWizSol is the largest third party customer service provider in India with a pan India presence. It provides customer support services in English and 10 regional languages.
