Invest-in-Bavaria is the division within the department of Foreign Direct Investment and International Trade of the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Infrastructure, Transport and Technology. It is specifically dedicated to foreign direct investment policies and business location marketing. Invest-in-Bavaria reports directly to Dr Otto Wiesheu, the Bavarian State Minister for Economic Affairs. It is a joint project between the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Infrastructure, Transport and Technology and Bayern International. Invest-in-bavaria assists international companies, which are looking towards setting up offices in Bavaria, with information, location analysis and data, support and a professional network in the business and governmental area. Invest-in-Bavaria initiates business and science contacts and gives a helping hand in finding office spaces, human resources, venture capital and subsidies.
