Business Continuity
Infinite has put in place complete business continuity and disaster recovery plans to protect its customer from unforeseen events. As a security measure, a development facility has been identified to serve as a disaster recovery center. The center, complete with infrastructure, network connections, telecommunication facilities as well as back-up client data, is on stand by to take over client projects from across the globe, in case of emergencies. Infinite has a disaster recovery plan that addresses the recovery of its core technology infrastructure, and a full-fledged business continuity plan (BCP) which covers disaster recovery, business recovery, business resumption, contingency planning, and crisis management.
