Research Associate / Analyst

Responsibilities

    Perform primary and secondary data collection and aggregation in a 
    dynamic atmosphere supporting the company's platform and custom    
    research     engagements.
    Leverage your basic knowledge of databases such as Factiva,        
    Bloomberg, and others.
    Perform data analysis and provide coverage of global locations and 
    suppliers.
    Support the broader Neo Group research team by helping to identify 
    and collect the right information and insights.
    Produce high quality reports and contribute new ideas for the      
    development of value-added analysis for the customers and            
    subscribers
    Provide support to the Global Supplier Relationship and Advisory   
    Teams.
    Regularly update and maintain internal knowledge databases.

Qualification

Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream from a well known university.

Experience
0-3 years

Job Knowledge & Skills

    IT/BPO industry knowledge
    Secondary / Market research ability
    Sound analysis and data interpretation ability
    Good writing skills
    Multi tasking ability
    Quick learning skills
    Ability to work under strict timelines
    Ability to work in a team environment
