Candidates should possess the followings skills:
1. Should have 5-10 years of total IT experience.
2. Minimum 4+ years on Oracle Apps 11i.
3. Should have thorough experience on PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions,Workflow, Forms, etc.
4. Candidate should have strong hands on RICE components, atleast have done one full life cycle implementation.
5. Exposure to latest technology like OAF, XML Publisher,BPEL would be preferred skill set.
6. Should have worked on Oracle Customer Hub and Trading Community Architechture modules.
7. Exposure to onsite-offshore model will be an added advantage.
8. Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
9. Should possess team handling experience.
