- Diploma Freshers (2007 passed outs)
- Consistently scored (50% & above) in all the semesters.
Requiremetns:
- Handling day to day calls, resolution of the same within the stipulated period.
- Responding to and co-ordinating the customer calls & channelised escalations.
- Monitioring VSAT health
- Daily reports
- Update ticket status
- Process adherence & prevent any violation
- Antenna/RF tracking
- Adherence to policies and procedures
- Ability to work within a team.
- Exhibit adequate soft skills to deal with customers.
