Job Description :
- Create content for documents such as User Manuals, Online Help, Training Materials, Case Studies, White Papers.
- Interact with Product Management, Quality, Testing, Sales, Services to understand the requirement
- Research and analyze information
Desired Profile :
- Convent education background
- Proficieny in MS Office
- Good English Communication skills
- Knowledge of tools such as FrameMaker, RoboHelp, Dreamweaver etc.
- Training in Technical Writing will be preferred
- Diploma in Computer Application preferre
