Desired Candidate Profile
Ability to Manage team of 15-20 Programmer.Experience in direct client interaction.Desirable to have some project planning capabilities. Proficient with ASP DOT NET , C# , Knowledge of Complete SDLC, documentation & work closely with team mates.
