Job Description
We are currently looking for a UI Programmer.A Web UI Programmer at WebVisible is passionate about technology and highly motivated to see projects to completion in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. A person in this role will be highly connected with his or her peers, and also engage all the participants that contribute to the software development lifecycle at WebVisible, including the product group, quality assurance and network operations. We are looking for great team players that can also work on their own, with minimal supervision. We are particularly interested in individuals possessing a quality oriented attitude, with attention to detail and passionate about building user-friendly, speedy, and robust User Interfaces.
Requirements
•Extensive experience developing using HTML, CSS and Javascript.
•Experience using JQuery and/or other Javascript frameworks such as YUI, Dojo etc.
•Experience connecting AJAX front-ends with data-driven applications (XML, JSON, REST APIs, etc.)
•Experience with using version control systems (e.g. SVN, Perforce)
•Enthusiasm for solving interesting and complex problems
•2 - 5 years experience developing web-based products
•Understanding of object oriented design, functional programming and refactoring
•Ability to learn new technologies or paradigms
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Bachelors degree in Computer Science
