Job Description
The Technical Lead, Sr. Software Developer will be responsible for delivering high quality, high performing software products. The key responsibilities will be:
1. Deliver guaranteed quality release of software products and solutions.
2. Co-ordinate with Software Development Teams on producing highly optimized, highly scalable and high performing code.
3. Work with development teams to create sound architecture designs and implement best practices.
4. Peer and pair with development teams as extreme programmers for code coverage and unit tests.
5. Work with Quality Assurance team on load, performance testing of website products.
6. Work with Release Management team on VSTS to enforce coding guidelines and conventions.
7. Work with development teams in code reviews.
8. Work with Release Teams to merge code among Development, Staging and Production branches.
9. Lead a team of two senior .NET architects.
Profile Details
1. The Technical Lead, Senior Software Developer should have at least 4 to 8 years of experience in .NET platform (preferably from Travel Domain).
2. Firm understanding of .NET framework, including ASP.NET
3. Good understanding of .NET Design patterns and practices.
4. Good understanding of Visual Studio tools such as FXCop, Code Coverage and Analyzer tools and other third party tools such as ANTS Profiler, AVI Code Profilers.
5. Solid understanding and use of object-oriented methodologies e.g. UML, Enterprise Library or other frameworks
6. Knowledge and experience with Agile processes.
7. Demonstrated significant contributions in a team environment, following established software engineering and project practices
8. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with positive interactions with other team members.
9. Should have 60% throughout academics.
