IT & Telecom Infrastructure

HeroITES hosts its network from multiple locations for voice & data connectivity. Multiple carriers are used for providing connectivity to these locations. All international 2 mbps circuits are on end-to-end fiber optic cables with highly diversified routes and redundant infrastructure providing an exceptionally high uptime. Additionally, HeroITES has full redundancy/back-up available for servers, routers, core switch, multiplexer, ACD and predictive dialer. The power supply and power back-up is in place and the site is manned with a pool of highly skilled and experienced IT staff working in multiple shifts.
