i-Vantage’s services are often in the critical path of our customer’s business. As such, it has implemented structured disaster recovery plans including: daily backups, offsite storage, and a DR escalation management team. From a network perspective, it has redundant lines (different vendors) connecting India and the US/UK. From a facilities perspective, i-Vantage has multiple delivery locations across the globe including 2 locations in India and 1 location in the Philippines. These locations have the capability of mirroring each other in a business continuity mode. Multiple account management locations in the US, Canada, and UK also ensure that communication pathways with the customer will remain open in the event of a disaster.
