Source code control Systems
Itreya uses best of class source control systems such as Microsoft’s Visual Source Safe (VSS) and Concurrent Version System (CVS). 100% of source code, documentation and related files are stored in this repository. Software builds are directly made from these systems rather than anybody’s machines.
Backup and Disaster Recovery Systems
The source databases are backed up on a daily basis to ensure reliable recovery mechanisms. Common folders that are shared between project members are backed up on a daily basis along with other common systems such as defect tracking, incident tracking, task tracking and reporting systems. A copy of this backed up data is stored within the office facility and on a monthly basis a copy is vaulted in safes outside the office premises.
