Manisha Infocom (Mi) is an Aurangabad-based company that was founded in 2003 by Satish Chavan. Satish realized that the principles of efficiency in his own group of businesses were lacking sound process management. He first created a department to improve the efficiencies of his Manisha group of industries that are involved in construction, hospitality and agriculture throughout India. This ultimately became a business to improve performance in process management with an approach that would benefit any industry.
