• Online payment & Prepaid Management for Long Distance reseller in Canada - The client provides Long Distance Calling Services to customers through pre-paid and post paid calling cards. They are based in Toronto, Canada.The client required a complete Billing solution to be used as main back office software
• Billing & customer management for broadband pre-paid and postpaid voice over IP - MCM is a reputed broadband service company is Mexico. The customer required an end-to-end billing application for provisioning, customer management, recurring billing, auto payments and credit monitoring.
• Postpaid Biling for Long Distance reseller - The client is a basic telecom services reseller. The client purchases large amount of transmission capacity or calls from other carriers like Worldcom (Ireland) and sells it to end users.The client has 2000 customers. They need to do billing on monthly as well as daily basis.
• Automation of Prepaid Long Distance for Large Telecom Service Provider - Client is a subsidiary of largest long distance service provider in South America. It provides calling card services, both pre-paid and post-paid, in South American countries like Brazil and Venezuela
