Risk Management is a three-step approach at Intelligroup, involving risk identification,
risk understanding, and contingency plan, including disaster recovery. The company has a disaster recovery policy plan that is  periodically tested to identify, protect, reconstruct or salvage Intelligroup’s vital and historical data and to establish procedures for the immediate resumption of business operations in the event of a disaster. Intelligroup’s disaster recovery team is responsible for laying down the procedures to recover and resume the operations in the event of a disaster and review the policies and procedures from time to time. They also inform the customers and the relevant agencies concerned for the disaster and coordinate the activities of the disaster recovery. The possible disasters are classified into four categories depending on their impact and probable frequency and a detailed recovery plan is prepared and documented for each critical resource. Intelligroup also has multiple development centers. The data backed up in one location is sent for storage in fireproof safes each week.

Building BSNL’s Public Utility Portal - Intelligroup built a web based portal - www.bsnl.in - for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), South Asia’s largest telecom services provider. SAP CRM 3.0 Implementation

- Intelligroup worked with Owens Corning to integrate disparate customer billing information into their core CRM system to significantly improve customer service, cost tracking, and accounts payable and receivable controls. It created a new, robust CRM system that allowed the client to better manage regional, line-of-business, and job cost profitability for competitive advantage.



SAP R/3 version 4.6C with add-on CIN (Country India Version) 4.0A - Intelligroup’s comprehensive solution addressed Fuchs’ stringent excise compliance requirements without utilizing third party products normally used in such implementations. The fully integrated implementation captured core business processes. The challenge lay in designing the business processes in line with Fuchs’ global SAP code while also meeting the India-specific requirements.
